WHY SHOULD I DONATE TO THE UXBRIDGE YOUTH CENTRE?

Our youth are our most valuable resource and are worth the investment! Our dynamic board of directors is passionate about anything surrounding the needs of youth in our community and welcomes the opportunity to discuss further how you can "make a difference” and contribute to the Uxbridge Youth Centre. "A dream that of a handful of concerned parents had over 3 years ago, has become a reality and now it is time to grow within the ever-changing needs of the youth community. Get involved, you won’t regret it!”

WHAT DOES MY DONATION CONTRIBUTE TOWARDS?

Supporting the ever-changing needs of the youth of our community through exciting, current programming such as:

  • Workshops (art, photography, resume building, self-esteem and awareness, music etc)
  • Physical Challenges (skateboarding and other sports activities)
  • Resource Library for Youth related needs
  • Volunteer Opportunities (cleaning up the community, participating in events etc)
  • Mentorship Program
Also, your donation helps us with our sustainability in the community with the costs associated with facilities and staffing: Supporting our current location and building towards an exciting future in a new UYC owned facility.
